The 5D Measurement Instrument is a device designed for the online inspection of Voice Coil Motors (VCMs) in mobile phone camera lenses. It can simultaneously detect five key metrics during motor movement: horizontal pose, vertical displacement, and horizontal tilt (in two axes). Utilizing a proprietary optical system combined with an innovative algorithm, it achieves high measurement accuracy of 1 μm and 1 arcminute. Additionally, the product employs a high-sensitivity photodetector, enabling a high sampling frequency of 1 KHz. The instrument supports control via both host computer software and serial communication, offering a concise and accurate operation. It is equipped with an independent display for easy alignment of the measured object during the initial setup phase.
