RS700

Spectrophotometer

It can simultaneously detect five key metrics during motor movement: horizontal pose, vertical displacement, and horizontal tilt (in two axes). Utilizing a proprietary optical system combined with an innovative algorithm, it achieves high measurement accuracy of 1 μm and 1 arcminute. Additionally, the product employs a high-sensitivity photodetector, enabling a high sampling frequency of 1 KHz. The instrument supports control via both host computer software and serial communication, offering a concise and accurate operation. It is equipped with an independent display for easy alignment of the measured object during the initial setup phase.

This instrument is a high-resolution spectrometer that adopts a transmission optical path as the basic structure of the spectrometer system, a volume holographic grating with high diffraction efficiency, and a back-illuminated CCD detector with high sensitivity and quantum efficiency. It can acquire accurate spectral data within the wavelength range of 790 nm to 1030 nm. The instrument features higher resolution, enabling it to detect extremely weak Raman signals.

RS711
